superb location spacious room
The location was superb. It was very easy to reach many attractions (I enjoyed my walks a lot!). My room was a Premier City View One King Bed and it was very clean and spacious.
I didn't get notified about it beforehand. One of the elevators was reserved for the rooftop restaurant, so there were long waits sometimes.

great stay in the city
warm staff relaxing space great recommendation
The staff at this hotel were very warm. the rooftop bar offered a relaxing space away from crowded areas below. i especially enjoyed the nearby restaurant options. Jay, the concierge manager, provided very nice recommendations.
i noticed some minor wear and tear on furniture in the room.

The room featured a comfortable king bed. It promoted restful sleep. i had access to a clean, spacious bathroom area with multiple amenities. this contributed positively to my overall experience.

the hotel had close proximity to convenient subway interchange stations, a HUGE plus. it allowed for easy access to various attractions and destinations throughout the city. despite the central location, noise levels were minimal.

faulty phone missing upgrade
I was really frustrated with a couple of things! first, the promised suite upgrade never happened. They just gave me a normal room. also, the phone in the room didn't work. I kept getting a long distance code prompt when trying to reach guest services. it's annoying when basic amenities are faulty.
